Rates
En-suite double room
£160 per night ( £175 per night from June – August) including a wonderful breakfast. All 3 guest rooms are on the ground floor.
£30 single occupancy discount per room per night. Not applicable during weekends of key sporting events or local festivals.
MIDWEEK GETAWAY OFFER: Book 2 nights or more and stay a 3rd night half price. First night booked must be Sun, Mon or Tues. This special does not include high season from May 29 – August 31 or Bank Holiday weekends.

£250 per night including breakfast
On November 5th, Lewes celebrates the UK’s largest Guy Fawkes Night, an extraordinary pageant and spectacle that embraces the entire town. Skyhouse affords prime views which take in numerous firework displays. We recommend not bringing pets as the fireworks are deafening!
Please note
- At weekends, Bank Holiday weekends, Easter, Christmas and New Year Holidays we ask for a minimum 2 night stay
- Children over 12 years are welcome. As a ‘luxury retreat’ we are not geared up for young children, sorry
- 10% discount on 1st night’s stay if guests arrive on foot, by bicycle or Electric Vehicle. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other Skyhouse Offer
- Guests are asked to check in 4pm – 6pm and check out by 10.30am
- We accept payment by cash, card (except Amex), PayPal or BACS. If you use our Skyhouse online booking system, your card payment will be processed via WorldPay
- To confirm your reservation, we kindly ask for a deposit of the first night’s stay.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation, we require 14 days notice prior to arrival to ensure a full refund. If less than 14 days notice is given, the deposit of the first night’s stay is forfeited. That said, we will do our best to re-let the room and upon doing so, you will receive a full refund.
